Knife Warranty

Here’s the deal; these are hollow ground ranchers’ knives, not farmers’ knives. If you drop it on concrete, the blade may snap.  If you use it as a screw driver, you’ll prolly break the tip off.  They will rust if you don’t take care of them.  They are hard to sharpen, but they do get SUPER sharp. You also need to pay attention to how you put it back in the scabbard because it is really easy to cut stitches out.

All that being said, my knives are guaranteed for life against manufactural defects.  If it breaks or has some sort of issue, let me know and I will take care of it, as long as it’s not negligence that broke it. I will also sharpen the knife for free, for life, as long as you pay to ship it.

Please read all the way through before messaging with questions. 

- Custom order custom order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are 50% up front, with remainder due before I start the piece. If I contact you and you’re unable to pay, (for whatever reason) you will be bumped to the bottom of the list.

⁃ All orders, once paid in full, should be in the mail in 2 months or less. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

-I am not responsible for incorrect measurements.

-I am not responsible for shipping errors of any kind, including lost, stolen, or damaged items. With that being said, I will be reasonable with correcting any issues; my customers mean a lot to me!

⁃ You may request to rush your order for an additional fee of $100.00. This price is subject to change based on timeframe for completion.

⁃ All customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  I will provide a basic drawing that both parties will agree upon; any additions or any changes to scope of work are subject to additional charges.
